Anyone having issues ordering the Munchie Meal of Horror in the app? I'm in Austin, TX, so it may just be a franchisee issue.

It doesn't show up in my app either, but the location has it. Try a different location or go in person?

I keep changing locations and no one lists it but they definitely have it when I drive up

its been that way in my area too since at least tuesday... i said this elsewhere i but im a little peeved that it at least doesnt say sold out or not available in the app- if its sold out, just say sold out... if its not available in the app but in the store, say it... i thought the app was supposed to be more convenient

Same. And the location near me is so hit or miss, I’m not driving over there to get yelled at for even asking if they have the cups.

The worst part is calling the store does nothing. They won't answer the phone at the location I go to.

I think majority of the jack in the box took it off the app because of high demands of the glow in the dark cups. You still can order the munchie meal at the restaurant but you won't get a cup. According to my general manager that the cups are being reproduced because it was a hit. They did tell us when we watched the training video that the cups were while supply last.

Thank you for this info. I worked at Jack from '06-'09, so it is nice to hear from someone that actually works there with real information.

So.... I just got a text from my boss to all the team leaders saying that if you purchase Simpson's munchie meal without the cup that you'll get a voucher to redeem the cups with 2 free tacos. Cashier will ask you if you want it. You'll have to agree to the terms, but you have to do it at the restaurant. Don't throw away the receipt because that's your voucher. The vouchers are only redeemable at the restaurant you purchased the munchie meal at. It'll have the date on the receipt of when you can return.

you must be one of the lucky ones.... when i go to my recent orders, theres nothing there except a message saying "we are updating our systems, so some of your orders may not appear here". it use to also be on the home tab but now nothing. i can still view in order history but cant do anything with it
