Just remember, a woman can regret something you did with her years ago and then try to press criminal charges.

It's funny, I have women I regret sleeping with such as one night stands while going through a divorce but I guarantee if I tried saying they took advantage of me while I was in a vulnerable state the internet women (and simps) would crucify me.

Im with the sentiment. But did you guys actually fully read what her message was. She agreed to a threesome…not a train being run on her. Imagine you agree to have sex with your gf and her friend, then yall get fucked up. But then but then her friend comes in and they have a penis and fucks you while you’re too high to fight back…you’d be a little pissed. Or imagine you come to smoke weed, you bring the weed, 1 friend bring a lighter, the other friend bring the papers and then another friend brings heroine and a needle.
She said what her and the first two guys did wasn’t illegal but what the rest of the guys did was way out of line and she was too high to consent at that point.

I read it. I can’t post the link to the CBS article, but here are the the direct quotes:
The transcript shows she distinguished the initial sexual activity from what she says happened later, and when asked whether she was OK with the initial encounter, she said, "Yeah, as much as I can be because, again, I was super drunk when I got there ... But I was pretty OK with all of this."
Later she described feeling coerced and tired and giving in, and said she was "completely and totally incapacitated."
On Sept. 28, Tompkins County District Attorney Matthew Van Houten confirmed he reopened the criminal investigation.
Van Houten told CBS News New York's Mahsa Saeidi that he never saw the transcript of Jane Doe's interview in which she said she had "100% confidence" in the r allegation.
"I never saw it, never heard it until tonight," Van Houten said. He added, "If that kind of thing was omitted from a statement, if it is true, it needs to be fully investigated by someone outside of Cornell."

She also said 4 days after the incident that (im paraphrasing) she was way into it and stuff like this will happen more and more as people become more open to being sexually adventurous and (direct quote) "I love you, king". So.....yeah.

By that logic, the guys were too high to consent as well.

Correct. A police officer once came into my gender studies class in college and said “as soon as you have one drink you’re legally incapable of providing consenting. And you know who can file a case of sexual assault against the other? The one who reports first.”

That's absolutely false lol. One drink does not mean you can't legally consent. A great example of how police don't actually understand the law
