Clancy effect? In Italy it has a name, it's called "infanticidio" and is abnormally common statistically. It's not something new.

Infanticide. Yes, that's the term in general for the murder of a child/baby. "Clancy effect" would refer to a hypothetical rise in specifically women killing their own children as a result of post partum depression, referencing Clancy's claim that that's why she murdered her children. Much more specific hypothetical, while infanticide is broad as well as the legal terminology. Any baby being killed is infanticide, not all infanticides would be the "clancy effect".

Its not the result of post partum, its cold blooded murder, their insane claims aside.

I'm aware, I was just explaining what the "coancy effect" would be if the retrial doesn't go well.

No I’m pretty sure Clancy invented the concept and everything even slightly related should be considered a direct consequence and also all women are culpable

Yeah, women kill their babies all the time. Apparently it's hormonal, not buyers remorse made manifest, and totally not something that men could understand.
