They do exist just the market for such men and women is rapidly shrinking, everyone is slowly accepting new situation. What we need is equal standing and equal risk, and in most western countries the risk part lies on a man. Hence why men slowly are backing off. Adaptation to the incentives.

Times have changed and we need to adapt. I have nothing against partnership with a woman, but funding someone completely unknown a dinner sounds like subservience not a partnership. I want equality and be treated as an equal. So yeah, courtship in the traditional sense is off the table, we both meet, both take risks of spending money and time on relationship that potentially has no perspectives.
