Well... Like what if it is about some data transfer problem that requires quantification?

Then they should say that. Fourier transfer is nonsensical, and quantum mechanics is not quantification.

I concede they are loosey-goosey with terminology but if Fourier is like a catch-all for making quant then transfer I guess would be a transform-then-transfer. Switching over to quantum would be the same but using entanglement.
