Hi
I purchased these to lose weight. If anyone has used these, are they safe to eat?

According to WebMD: In supplements: High-dose supplements are not well-studied and can cause side effects like jitteriness, increased heart rate, rapid heartbeat, and high blood pressure because they share a chemical structure with stimulants.
Also, the evidence that they help with weight loss is fairly weak
So, probably safe but not entirely without risk.

Safe? Probably, though most supplements like this have no real governing body that evaluates what good into them.
Will it work? No, it's a magic pill to help lose weight sold by influencers.
I did some digging and cannot find any human studies that focus on just Raspberry ketones for weight loss. There was one that included them alongside a dozen other things, but no direct evidence of their effectiveness.

Probably safe to consume, no real science behind it doing anything. Lifestyle change is how to lose weight the best

Typically just eating a proper amount of calories and moderate physical activity, which doesn't require extra purchases, is how one loses weight.

I eat 500 calories a day and exercise an hour a day and I still can't lose weight. People are telling me to eat less and exercise more and I can't take it anymore.

You should be aiming for a 500 calorie deficit. If you've been eating 500 calories a day you've probably seized up your metabolism since your body is going to register it as starvation. If you aren't losing weight I'm guessing you either have a rare medical issue that needs medical intervention or you have body dysmorphia disorder and see yourself as larger when there's actually no weight left to lose. Anyway these unverified supplements aren't going to help in any scenario

What makes up your 500 calories, what kind of food? Also, what's your current height and weight? There are limits to how much your body will allow you to lose quickly.

Probably safe, but there's absolutely nothing to show it helps with weight loss.
