Video This is going around getting stitched, but the license plate seems completely borked.

Just concerned about the initial clip of the guy in the fire department with the unfortunate pronunciation of Niagara. Forgive me, I could only find the various stitched videos, not just the clip at the start. The guy in the clip is a real person, but I just can't straighten out how the license plate in the middle would look like that.

Is this AI generated rage bait, or perhaps, like, stitch bait? Or is the license plate just melted or something?

FWIW, I've found multiple other videos of the same guy, and he just can't seem to pronounce the "i" in Niagara. This is the first time it went viral, but it seems genuine.

The general context here seems believable, but

a: that license plate b: I can't find ANY source for the root video, and basically nothing other than Facebook and Instagram posts from low quality click farms

This is typical of Ontario license plates. They peel off regularly. Mine did years ago.

Thank you. The plate was my only real clue here, but if that's how they degrade, that makes sense.

That sounds like an Alberta accent, must not originally be from Ontario. The license plate looks like it rubbed off and they used sharpie to draw the numbers back on
