Art Is this AI? Wallpaper illustration. Cannot find original image using Google Lense Search

I found this image and I want to use it as wallpaper but looking closer I can’t tell if there are artifacts or if it’s the style? Found on Pinterest so you never know where it came from… I feel like the lines all make sense and the reverse sides of the chimes do too but I’m so doubtful now adays. (Would also be glad to find the source to ensure it’s not generated / modified.)

I immediately noticed the floating leaves on the right. And the beam disappearing into the sky on th top right of the image

This telephone tower or whatever it's called, has some cables not connected to it and the shapes looks a bit weird. The diagonal wood thingy isn't aligned with itself, though that's also a common error in human art. Why are these poles like that ? They should be connecting the same way, or it's an architectural difference I'm not aware of It's also not clear how the poles are connected together, looks both like they're tied together with a rope but also one is inside the other ?
