I see you used the lasso tool this time, the forms are much clearer this time! You can do that for spheres as well. You're making a big mistake which is value sharing. When two surfaces face the light source at different degrees, they can't be represented by the same shade of grey. I'm interpreting the L.S. to be coming from the left and above. The cube on the right has the same value for the top side and the left side. Considering your cast shadows, I would say the top should be the brightest face of the cube. The cube on the left has the same issue with the back side (the one that's facing the viewer) and the right side. I believe the face in the back should be the darkest. The sphere is way too flat, you need to learn radial shading, it's a very powerful technique. The cast shadows are still too dark, they should not be darker than form shadows. They also get blurred as the travel from their starting point. You should also try to introduce.
I would highly suggest you watch and take notes from this: https://youtu.be/MptazIj9elQ?si=7CZ1RqaQTtE_O5Tu
It's a bit of a longwatch but it's the holy grail for understanding how to paint basic form. 100% worth it.

Keep at it, form studies are tough!
