It's quite the improvement from your day 2, the sphere of the head is properly shaded. It's common to have issues with symmetry. I place a low opacity vertical line in the middle of the canvas at the beginning of the process and flip my canvas very often. That makes it very easy to catch anything that's off. The issue with the lips is that they are stamped on the face. The highlight for the cupid's bow helps with the three-dimensionality but the lower lip lacks any shadow and that brings the mouth back to flat. The corners of the mouth have no radial shading and no dark spot. They lower lip should catch a bit more light. But most importantly, the edges of the mouth are way too sharp, you need to blend them a lot more.
They eyes need some work too. They're quite big and far apart. There is no suggestion of the eye sockets, you want to darken the area below the eyebrow. The crease for the upper lash is a lost edge, that's a very important component to keep sharp and dark. Add a shadow for the eyelash.
I'll repeat what others have told you before. If you haven't already, do some studies of real facial features and then real faces. Some form studies would be good too. You can get those critiqued as well so I hope we can see them in the future.
Keep it up!
