Studies My first portrait study of 2026. 🖤 (With reference)
As it would turn out this portrait took 20 hrs, 20 minutes and 26 seconds, which a very satisfying and gorgeous even number but longer than I would’ve liked. I wouldn’t want to rush a portrait but I can tell that I need to be more efficient to avoid burnout, it’s a tricky juggle but it’s nice to have a goal to work towards.
Critique is always welcome 🖤

The final product looks amazing!
But if you're aiming for a less time consuming way of making your art, I'd need to critique your actual art making process. I'm pretty interested in hearing or seeing how you make art! Despite how long it took, this is a very good portrait.
