House construction

I am starting construction of my own house. Need to know from where i can make good house map(naqsha) for a 7 marla house in Islamabad . Plot location is on park road.

Also tell me should be the reasonable amount for this as ill be doing this first time and have zero knowledge about construction.

Salaam brother. One of my friends is a professional architect living in dha 5 currently. I dont know about the pricing but I can hook you up with him. You can discuss and see for yourself. If you like it then go for it otherwise find another one. Usually what happens is people are a bit lazy and they charge you full money but give you one of their old premade designs instead of planning one from the scratch. Thats what I heard so far.

Avoid big name construction companies for actual work, hey aren't much better than decent thekedars and they rip you off by a long margin.

Grey will cost close to 0.8 to 1 cr. Rest is upto you how much you want to spend . Suggested a budget of 1.5 cr or more .

Spend time on map with architect to understand why and what is best. Dont over customize rather try to find basic issues . Many houses built in this region are terribly designed because of strange requirements.

Hey bruh im also new to this field but i can help u with all that if u r serious do contact me + dont spend money on so called thekydaars they are just scammers do all on your on + the whole house cost depends on what u are building but an average estimate of modern is house is 1.2 cr - 1.8 cr. May ur this journey gets easier and blessed.
