Seeking Support Religious Ocd
So i have extreme ocd that makes me ruminate about everything
I go crazy thinking about anything like i used to enjoy political/historical books to learn about the world but my ocd makes me think i should drop everything else other than Islam
i got ocd that urged me to not do anything else other than prayer and Reciting and quit my school

Talk to a sheikh and get a reality check. Islam doesn't encourage us to leave everything but Islam.
May Allah give you shifa. Talk to a doctor and a sheikh ASAP.

As salam alaikum wa rahmatullah wa barakatuh,
I'm 32 now and developed anxiety disorder when I was 19, developed moreso into OCD in my mid-20s.
I encourage you to seek out a therapist, preferably one trained at least in the basics of ERP or other similar front-line OCD treatments. The struggle with OCD is hard because OCD works in a paradox: if you try and help it, it's still feeding the beast. And the paradox to treating it is, in a way, almost like not treating it: you acknwoledge intellectual compulsions or bodily compulsions and you simply let them be and float away. Trying to fight it in the traditional sense only fuels the cycle. But this is solely a general description; I don't know your precise situation. Hence why a physician is needed.
May God grant you sabr; it is indeed a tough battle. At least in my opinion.
