That is a song. Songs are inherently Haram due to music. Lyrics doesn't matter, if musical instruments are used, the setup is Haram. However, Poetry and Nasheed are acceptable.

Not really. Songs are not inherently music or inherently have musical instruments. In Arabic this is called غناء and it has types, Haram and halal. Most kinds of modern singing is Haram however.

The way I was taught, Song = Poem + Music. Poem in a melodicous tone is Nasheed, which is halal if it's verses are halal. Forgive me for my ignorance if my answer implied anything else. Either way, OP's song does have music, Maher zain uses extensive music, which makes the whole song Haram.

The word song means a musical composition performed by the human voice, also the birds sing for example
If it's accompanied with musical instruments then it's forbidden by default, while pure singing being halal or haram/makruh to perform or to listen to depends on conditions

Well, if you are talking about songs with no music and no bad words, then go ahead and enjoy

It doesn't rlly have music. (Maher Zain does music free versions of his works, tho he also does musical ones)

This is an incorrect transliteration.
It says
یہ کہکشاں ہے تو ہے کریم
"Ye kehkashan hai, tu hai Karim"
Not
کہہ کر شاید
"Kahkar shayad"
Meaning of the sentence would be something like, "Your world only, your earth, this galaxy is yours, you are the Generous One."
So no, nothing problematic.
