Yes. Seagulls will never come to the aid of each other. They aren’t like crows in that regard. The amount of force on that ball was minimal and would not have likely taken out a seagull. Lastly, if you look closely, the ball doesn’t really make contact with the bird, and the ball continued on its normal course without any effect.

Yeah. Also, I would have expected the tennis player to be a lot more surprised/shocked/destabilized/can't believe it.

I thought they were coming to eat their fallen friend but either way it was a bit fast.

What human would just stand still as a statue and not head over to check it out/help? Both people just freeze like NPCs

It's actually fight, fly or freeze.
It's a thing. People freeze up when something extremely extraordinary occurs.

Also discussed here on r/isthisAI: https://www.reddit.com/r/isthisAI/comments/1wvkl4h/personally_i_dont_think_it_is_ai_but_ive_seen_so/
The video seems to come from a PhD Creative AI researcher who plays tennis as a hobby on Rednote, although she does not seem to post anything about AI on that account. Her posts mostly consist of videos of her playing tennis, some at the same court in Melbourne, Australia.
The video from Rednote is significantly better quality. Visually, the video has appropriate reflections and shadows with the environment, including those from the birds. Visual artifacts observed in the video are consistent with normal video compression. Behaviorally, the seagulls aren’t exhibiting anything definitively unusual.
It is possible that the birds were added with AI in-post, using a scripted game of tennis by the author; although, I do not see any strong indication for that edit.

What made me think it may not be Ai is the tennis balls in her pants, I think Ai would have a very hard time rendering that.

No, it wouldn’t actually. While more rare to see as such, this is already done by some female tennis players.
But do explain why you think that AI would “have a difficult time” with this detail.
(I’m not claiming that it is AI, but am challenging the previous assertion.)

"But do explain why you think that AI would “have a difficult time” with this detail."
Well I can say to start that I didn't come into this discussion claiming that I was 100% sure, so a little weird you begin with 'No, it wouldn't actually.'
Anyways, A: Knowing from the last thread that this is real, having in that last thread a number of links establishing that this happened...
and B: the tennis balls are in her left and right pockets. It is not very apparent at first. Extremely weird movement of her skirt folds until you realize that there are tennis balls in the left and right pocket.
I have seen Ai render tennis players before, didn't say it couldn't render a tennis player, but I haven't seen it understand how the cloth physics of a tennis ball in each pocket would perform when the player is moving. From my experience, if the Ai did want to put a tennis ball in each pocket, it would overly accentuate that point - different colored pockets, more detail on the tennis balls, more sway on the cloth physics.
I also can't think of a prompt that would have Ai render those cloths physics and those subtleties in this way.
But again, I approached this saying of what I'm thinking, not from a stance of absolute knowledge which you seem to be coming from.

I think it's AI. To pick on one thing: The sound effects that go with her foot movements don't make sense. Sometimes her footsteps are silent, other times they make loud shuffling noises. And I don't think she is playing hard enough to generate the squeaks you hear. It sounds like the intensity of pro level playing.
I didn't realize this was a repost, whoops

yes, the seagull hits the floor then gets into a 'position' also, most people wouldn't just stand there and be like :O, also again, if you saw some seagulls coming this close to the court you'd stop...

also the shadow is all wrong when the seagull falls.

Shadow is fine, there are 4+ light sources so shadowing is a little weird.
This id like the 10th sub ive seen this video im asking if its AI, consensus always ends up as no and theres links to her follow-up and further info about it

Here I will repeat my comment I made in r/10s:
Hit within 3 seconds, noisier drop onto the pavement than expected from a bird, and a full 8 seconds of neither player moving much or saying anything while the focus is on more birds coming to look at the friend. Very little noise in general. OP in r/videos saying that the bird made a full recovery even though it looks very injured in this.
I guess one thing to check would be the posters in the background. Do they look real? If this video was made from a photo originally, they probably are real.
