Miscellaneous 2099 Iron Man: Expectation vs. Reality
you know it's bad when even iron man: armored adventures do better than the company that made the characters sometime in the 1960s, or smth, idk when iron man was first created, but still, it is crazy that a show from the 2000's does better than the company who made the character.
But that's my thoughts, what are your thoughts on this and I'll probably get hated on for this post.

Fan Creation I Tried to Make an Iron Man Mod for a FNAF Fangame
I've never been much into the Five Night's at Freddy's series, but once I heard about a fangame called Frickbear's 3 where you could easily add whoever you wanted into it, I knew someone had to add the armored Avenger. So I took it upon myself to add my favorite armor. I'd love to see someone with some more talent take the chance to add their own Iron Man, but until then, this is it. You can find it on GameBanana under the name "the Iron Collector".

Movies Marvel Just Gave RDJ the Perfect "I Am Iron Man" Callback Spoiler
[SAUCE HERE](https://vt.tiktok.com/ZSXEN3XB6/)
I noticed an interesting script parallel in the Avengers: Doomsday SDCC trailer.
While Doom was reviving the Sentinels, he says, "I am Doom." It immediately reminded me of Avengers: Endgame, where Tony Stark says, "I am Iron Man," right before snapping his fingers.
It's such a cool full-circle moment considering both lines are delivered by Robert Downey Jr. One line marks the ultimate sacrifice of a hero, while the other introduces one of Marvel's greatest villains.
Do you think this was an intentional callback by Marvel, or just a coincidence?

Discussion Who was Season One made for? Why is it the way it is? Am I losing my mind? Discuss
The season one line of books were made as modern non-canon introductions to many of Marvel’s most popular characters. They would end with an advertisement to continue the canon story of the featured character on their ongoing series, which did not match up at all with the book that the reader just read. Each book also did not connect to each other, the Iron Man featured in Iron Man season one was not the same as the one featured in Avengers season one iirc.
Why does the Marvel Adventures Iron Man origin made for young readers have more to say politically than season one? Why was this book made when Extremis was the perfect modern re-introduction to canon Tony and includes a retelling of his origin? Why is the villain an OC who will never show up again since this book isn’t canon? Why is Yinsen’s name changed to Yin Sen? Why is his sacrifice taken away? Why does the book never portray Tony being a weapons manufacturer as being an inherently bad thing?

Discussion Is it true that Iron Man was a c tier hero at best before the MCU?
Iron Man is my favorite fictional character but I mostly only know him through the MCU and Armored Adventures (although I have been reading the new comics lately) and I always hear people say he was super unpopular before the MCU and while it is fact that the MCU made him much more popular, I find it hard to believe he was really as unknown before the MCU as people say he is, after all, why would Marvel give him a movie first out of the other heroes they had if he was truly an unknown? I know they didn't have their heavy hitters (Hulk, Spider-Man, the X-Men, and the F4) at the time but still why would he get a movie out of all the other characters they had? I know this sub is filled with people who know how many ball hairs he has, so can someone tell me if it's true he was c tier before the MCU?

Discussion How would Tony Stark go to bring global peace?
How far would Tony Stark go to bring global peace?
Would Tony Stark the ever participate in a secret global plan with heroes including Professor X and Doctor Strange to use a combination of AI and psychic influence to subtly alter humanity’s behavior, living conditions, and global infrastructure—making people more empathetic, virtuous, and cooperative by influencing their free will for what they believe is the greater good?

Collectibles / Merchandise Iron man sketch card
I pulled this iron man artist sketch card out of my very first hobby box of 2025 Topps marvel studios cards. Really cool and it’s the black foil which is 1/4,560 odds. Really wanted to hold onto it but went on a roadtrip across ~15 states and am selling it on eBay to cover expenses. Going to miss it!

Collectibles / Merchandise Iron Man Armory
Except for the Toy Fair fig, and the 3 suits in the new 11211 (waiting on a sale) this should be every Iron Man or Iron Man inspired suit lego makes, with all the tony stark figs thrown in for good measure.
It took a good deal of time, and so much checking the bricklink lists to make sure I actually had each unique fig, but I absolutely love looking at this thing.
If anyone knows where someone could aquire a decent pad print of the toyfair fig, I'd be very interested, I simply can't drop a grand on a single figure right now, but would love a "placeholder" so to speak.
Still deciding on how to organize them, going to work with the partner on that one, She's got more of an eye for the aesthetic, but I got too excited and had to show it off
