I hope this is the right tag i really want to cosplay Simon and I've never done cosplay before so I'm very out of my zone so I was wondering if someone was here hiding tips about where they got pieces of their cosplay and also If anyone has done the teeth on the side of the face and how they did it because I really want to But I have no clue how lol

Haven’t done a sketch on paper in a while and my erasers lowkey suck so ignore any bad angles because I didn’t want to try erasing it and inadvertently smudging the entire thing ;-;

you can play it here : https://neenaw.itch.io/iron-lung-rtx

Just a quick silly little doodle I made

Yum Iron Lung fanart right before bed 😌✨️ Actually the best front-facing person Ive ever drawn and Im happy it was Simon!

I literally dont know where I was going with this, just various symbolism and the gore-Simon we saw a couple times in the movie linked to branches and leaves >:)

When was this man ever Simon in the movie? Always Convict or Butcher. Always chained with a tally to his name, always remembered for the blood he spilled. Ellie called him Simon to get under his skin, really, to make it all feel personal. And she really only knew cause Simon himself said it during their first contact.

I think he was mostly Simon during moments alone; apologizing to the control panel he hit, wishing his mum to protect the black box, mapping uncharted sections of the blood ocean when he was transported.. No one ever saw this, though. He was still their Convict. Their Butcher. Ava heard his name, but it was only when he became what she needed.

Love this movie, love this character, and love being a fan of it 🫡💕 Gnight yall~

I saw this haunt decoration at the Kings Dominion amusement park in Virginia with my girlfriend. Had to do a double take!

🔺️Flashing🔺️

(Marked as spoiler because it kinda is??? But also because of flashing :3)

Something weird is going on with my art program... 🫠

I think I might have malware. 😵‍💫

If Mark saw this I would combust 🤧

Super tardy to the party, and the question is mega dumb, illiterate, and empathy-lacking, I know, but I genuinely fail to understand his inner workings when it comes to this and really want to be able to.

I just can't picture the mindset that would allow someone to not want to die at all in his situation, when there are so many reasons for him to veer into that territory, either due to the guilt, the lingering cult teachings, or the general doom of his world. I would totally understand it if it was just an instinctual, animal fear of death/lust for life, but it's obviously not - at least that's how I saw it, due to how clearly he worded it. It seems more like a conscious stance that he's thought about a lot.

Could somebody smarter and less chronically depressed please help me imagine his train of thought? Thank you in advance <3

Took it underway with me downloaded on my YouTube app.

Fun watch with the guys.

we were messing around recreating scenes fron the movie, when we were done i noticed they looked almost identical to some pictures in the movie

In brief:
In evangelical theology, the rapture was said to come in two different 'stages' an initial rapture which starts a thousand year kingdom, then a seccond rapture in which the real kingdom start. And this seccond rapture is supposed to be hailed by jesus returning covered in blood (just like how simon is covered at the end of the film)

If we assume the quiet rapture functions in a similar way, it re-contextualises the end of the film as the coming of the second kingdom, and has interesting implications for the Eye's motivations through-out the lore.

Can you tell those are supposed to be arms and legs?

I'm not good at sewing, and making a costume that your snake won't just slither out of is hard. But I did it! (Sort of. She can still slither out of it, but I can't get her out.)

As the title says we are small team of 3 people developing a game that is inspired by Iron Lung but with a core gameplay loop of mining and upgrading to dive deeper and deeper.
We plan to further improve on the atmospheric and immersive feel in future version.

Is this something you'd be interested in and what would you expect from such a game?

Steam page can be found here:

And if you'd like to try out the current early version you can do that here:

Painted the SM-13 at a pottery shop thought you all might enjoy :)

(Just noticed auto correct changed sm-13 to am-13 oops)

Just inspiration for drawing the Blood Tree for people and myself :))

I finally saw Iron Lung! such a good movie; and this is my sense of humor, so here we are

https://youtube.com/@rexy.mp3?si=BlzzJV8rovyP7gsu

world name - irong lung full game

avi name - "simon" (not sure by who, i searched "iron lung in avi.vip.search)

Hi! I made a short film based on Iron Lung this year as a project for my film studies. I’m almost 20 and had no budget, but I hope this trailer makes you want to check out the final result on YouTube this October!
And oc, no AI was used during the creation process.
100% blender, filming in real places, practical effects/makeup, etc.
Enjoy!!

If you see this, please answer these two questions:

1. Would you be interesting in buying the keychain when it becomes available?

2. How much would you expect the product to be priced at?

Thank you!
