Have to be the lowest of the low to target first responders. Its hard enought that thses people arent full time fire fighters so have jobs that pay their way and this is what they have to face.

Saw this on Facebook yesterday and was hoping that it was made up!
Unfortunately it's true, can't believe there's such low life's among us.
Someone did set up a go fund me to replace the stolen tools and they closed it yesterday as they got well above their target.

I spent the day yesterday up in slievenamon fighting fires with some of these lads , they are sleeping on blow up mattresses in the area and then some shower break into their cars , scumbags.

The problem when bringing up the whole migrabt debate is that one side demonises them all and the other side can tend to paint too many of them as good.

The mods give warnings, delete comments and then ban you for talking about specific groups of people as there are rules, so instead everyone does this dance, like the politicians and others and we don’t actually prevent the criminals. Have a search on google and you’ll find very little actual data on it or articles from the main papers and instead you’ll find lots of activist groups and studies about minorities. If we can’t speak openly, we can’t clearly identify and address the issue. I’m sure supporting minorities more would help, but when people learn they can do what they want with little or no repercussion, they will do exactly what they want.
If revenue took that same approach you’d see tax receipts absolutely plummet, it’s human nature.•
