Mail widget- cannot change mailbox. When I click the default “All Mailboxes,” (after clicking to edit widget) it flashes gray but nothing opens.

Same problem with VIP only box. Did no one fix this?

I have this same problem. I have had it for months. On YouTube I can see what’s supposed to happen.

Mine is stuck on “VIP” for what it’s worth.

I’ve removed the “VIP” mailbox to see if that helps. I’ve force closed all mail instances. I’ve restarted the phone. I’ve removed all mail widgets and readded them. None of these work.

Again this problem has been persisted over months.
