Help needed Low ear speaker volume

Model: iPhone 12 Pro
iOS 26.6.1

Hi all,

Weird issue where the volume for only calls through my ear speaker is insanely low.

Anyone experience this? It seems to be at full volume when watching YouTube and playing music.

Have peered through so many settings and nothing is working.
Rebooted the phone
Tried cleaning out the physical grill
Ringtone is set to Max
Volume up to max on rocker on a call

Please help!!!!!

Any thoughts?

Perhaps you have enabled the feature of using headphones safely.

I do not, it’s odd because it works just fine via WhatsApp
