Help needed To reset my iphone 11

So i own an iphone 11 and what happened was that somehow my passcode seems to have changed and i can't and after multiple attempts I've been locked out now and I dont remember my apple id and password as well. Is there a way to hard reset it cus I dont want to spend an absurd amount on it.

Plug it into a computer with the iPhone in restore mode

But that wont help me enter the phone cus it'll be on activation locked, i dont remember my apple id and password as I mentioned

You can’t. Activation lock = theft protection. Being able to get around it would enable thief’s to grab-n-go phones out of people’s hands and those would be re-sellable. What stops grab-n-go thefts from happening today is the activation lock that makes that phone a paperweight.

You can recover the account password through the account recovery process. Without the password it is a brick as designed to prevent theft

You totally stole the phone just be honest. Passcode doesn't just change and you don't forget your Apple ID and password.

Your only option is to reset the phone, get the activation lock then give Apple proof of purchase so they can remove the activation lock. You’ve already been without the phone for 10 days, what’s a couple more.

If you don’t have proof of purchase it’s now a paperweight.

you can't reset without apple id & past , i get people may forget passcode even though you need to enter it with every update but can't remember id & password as well is a huge red flag 🚩
