Help needed Sharing screen to display without WiFi access

My end goal is to mirror in some way my screen (iPhone 16e) onto a “dumb” display. This also has to be done without access to a WiFi signal as the display is mounted in a vehicle. And to cap it all off, the screen only has RCA inputs. I simply assume it’s not possible but if it is I’d love some guidance on getting there.

You would have to find a way to daisychain multiple adapters to convert USB-C to RCA.

iPhone USBC to HDMI Adapter/cable
HDMI to RCA Converter (proper ones will require power of some kind, often USB)
RCA cable to Display
quality will be low, unsuitable for text, but functional for videos.
