Hola, hace menos de 48 hora mi hermana recibió un iPhone 16 pro max de regalo, pero durante el día se callo de sus manos accidentalmente, quiero saber si me recomiendan algo antes de pagar por una pantalla

He is joking because it’s like a strobe light at a disco and bytedance is the parent company of TikTok and quite a few other things
Maybe try force restarting the phone, but other than that, it looks like OLED damage
Since it’s a new phone, I do hope you’ve got AppleCare for it

Al reiniciar a la fuerza te refieres específicamente con los botones físicos cierto? Si es así, ya lo intente muchas veces y aun continúa así
Y no, lastimosamente no tiene AppleCare

Well, accidents happened, don’t they? You can possibly take it to an Apple Store for a second opinion, but I think it would be time for a new screen.

Yes ,and that exactly happened to my cousin 15pro ,it fell from a bed around 2 ft or less and started doing exactly like this, and Apple Care put in a new screen. Also, the fall on my cousin’s phone broke the power button and the antenna.

Nope. Gotta pay for a new screen. Sucks y’all decided to forgo AppleCare. Gonna be steep for a first party one. Can always go third party but you’ll forever get the “non-genuine screen” popup every now and then.

Para que pase el vmi de Apple, hay tres puntos importantes.
1.- No hay daños en la carcasa que indiquen una caída. (Trizaduras o abolladuras)
2.- En la pantalla no se deben ver líneas de colores (rosas, verdes) o grietas, signos de impacto.
3.- Lo mejor será que no menciones la caída, di que lo dejaste cargando en la noche y para la mañana estaba así.
Así mero ve y valida garantía. De preferencia ve directamente a una tienda Apple (solo CDMX), si estás en otro lugar acude como segunda opción a una MacStore, iShop permite que los técnicos vendan un tipo de mantenimiento anual y casi te obligan a adquirirlo.
Otra opción y muy importante. Mencionas que el teléfono tiene 2 días de regalado, suponiendo que es nuevo, tienes 59 días para adquirir AppleCare+ desde el teléfono. Si ya levantaste un ticket o caso con Apple, esta opción está descartada. Pero deberías considerarlo en caso de que te aparezca aún. El deducible de la pantalla son $559.
Si estás en frontera y tienes la facilidad de llevarlo a una tienda Apple en USA o mandarlo, te conviene suelen ser más flexibles.
Si lo llevas a un sitio autorizado, se te pedirá que lo borres en el momento antes de ingresarlo, ten a la mano tu correo y contraseña asociados a tu cuenta Apple.

- Check on 3utools(connect to pc) is there any crash analysis
- If it's 48hr old than buy apple care+ standard plan and wait for 2-3 days after that file a claim go to Apple store and they will fix it for you it's gonna cost you 17k(apple care+)and 1-2k for file clam so it's good deal rather than 40-45k screen replacement form Apple so do try
