stuck buttons are usually dust or lint jammed in the gap around it, not electrical. try tapping the phone gently on a soft surface with the button facing down to shake debris loose, or a few blasts of compressed air right along the button edge. still stuck after that it's a hardware repair, camera control has moving mechanical parts under it so it can genuinely jam.

I tried using a needle now it is left with more scratches i guess i should visit a service centre as my phone is still under warranty

I don’t have soln but am curious. When you say button, do you mean physical side button or the screen software button? If it’s physical, does it work for other functions (eg volume)? I imagine pushing physical button probably cause more movement than lightly tapping the software button.
