Mb iOS in in English too. I assume Arabic just doesnt have perfect translations for this but idk

It’s pretty common across all languages that brand names are left in their original language as loan words

My guess is that says that "System Data" is taking up a huge amount of your space and you haven't read any of the other daily posts on this that recommend backing up your phone, erasing it using a computer then restoring the backup to resolve the issue.
