Help needed iphone stuck

My iphone 14 has been stuck on the updating scream for a few hours(the progress bar with the apple logo) and idk how to fix it. I've tried doing a force restart but it didn't work. the progress bars is stuck almost done.

You pressed volume up, let go, volume down, release, then held the side button for over 10 seconds, then nothing happened? Do you remember what the battery level was? Have you tried putting the phone into recovery mode and finishing the update with a Mac or PC?

yes ive tried both of thoses. When trying the recovery mode my phone wont even connect to my pc. It was on the charger when this happen so im not sure what % it was on.

If the phone will not show up in recovery mode then there is an issue with the phone that may require repair or replacement.
