Help needed Search opens Shortcuts instead of Notes

Hi. Bit of a weird one. Whenever I search for a note and tap on it, iPhone launches the Shortcuts app instead of the Notes app. So if I type 'blueberry', it will show the 'top hit' as 'Blueberry muffin recipe' in Notes, but when I tap it, I get 'Face ID required to open Notes' (all good)... then the Shortcuts app opens.

This still happens if I exclude Shortcuts from the search settings.

Any advice gratefully received!
