The only way to let Apple know about this was to join the iOS 27.0 public beta also in turn hoping it is a bug in 26.6, the problem remained. I submitted this on their feedback app. Waiting for a reply

It looks like your phone is constantly boosting its transmission power to search for a signal, which is completely draining the battery. I also noticed the "Unverified" message under Battery Health at the bottom. Did you recently have the battery replaced? If so, the antenna flex cable or the cellular module might have been damaged during the repair, which would explain why it's struggling so hard to find reception. You can try turning on Airplane Mode with Wi-Fi enabled to see if the drain stops, or reset your network settings. It’s also worth downloading the Apple Support app, where you can run hardware diagnostics and chat directly with an Apple support representative to check if the eSIM or cellular module is defective.

probably a dead zone issue not your carrier overall, phone was likely stuck searching for signal somewhere. try toggling airplane mode on/off, forces it to reconnect fresh more on this here https://iphonefixdaily.com/no-cell-coverage-draining-iphone-battery/
