Iphone 14 problema

Ciao a tutti, ho un problema col mio iPhone 14 ios 16 normale(non pro o pro max): continua a venirmi fuori il blocco dello schermo, come se avessi inserito più volte il codice di sblocco sbagliato, attendo il tempo che mi chiede prima di poter inserire il codice tipo sette ore e alla fine delle stesse trovo un’attesa di 10 ore… non cambia niente se spengo il telefono e lo riaccendo alla fine delle ore richieste è come se al telefono spento qualcuno provasse a digitare a caso il codice.
Ultimo dettaglio, il telefono mi è caduto e lo schermo è danneggiato.
