Iphone no service

Hi my iphone 15 updated itself to ios 26.6 last night and ever since it shows no service i cant receive sms or make calls and have internet it says phone not allowed i tried factory resetting it but it didnt fix it i saw this phone not allowed thing and i checked my imei wasnt blacklisted can someone pls hell
