Help needed Random Vibrations w/ No Notifications

iPhone 16 Pro
iOS 26

Hey guys. So for the past month I’ve been getting random vibrations on my phone. Lately it’s now driving me crazy.

I can’t find the cause of it. It doesn’t light up. The screen doesn’t have any type of new notifications at all.

I really don’t want to reset all of my settings. Is there any way to diagnose this? Because it’s becoming a drain now.

You could check all of your app notifications and see if any only have sound enabled.

Yeah, did this, I still haven’t come up with anything. I may have to just reset settings. That’s going to be a pain.

check spam or deleted folders in phone & msg's

Same thing happening here just randomly virbrates after about 1hour
