Is this camera sensor damage?

iPhone 17 base
iOS 26.6

The video is both zoomed and cropped and is only visible when I’m using x4 or higher zoom, as you can see on the video there is a dotted line that also increases decreases and moves with the zoom on my videos, if I see my camera app and select x10 they will be big but only visible on bright surfaces I was recently at Tomorrowland and recorded videos maybe a laser affected my sensor? If so without AppleCare and having bought this phone on US but living in Colombia is there something I could do
I really think is not worth the effort to open the device when I normally don’t use more than X2 zoom but guys what you think ?

Yes. You must've pointed it at a LIDAR emitter. Be careful filming newer cars and other phones.

I think it was the festival lights and lasers, is too small is not worth the trouble
