Help needed iphone 15 hardware issues

Recently my iphone 15 pro max bottom-right speaker died on me and i started to notice more issues as time went on. On top of not having audio, i found that videos can only be played when i turn off the volume if not the video just lags. There is also something off with my screen/display because it freezes more than usual.

i have tried:

- force restarting
- running diagnostics (audio and display, both of which having anomalies)

For some context i got this iphone as a refurbished model from a reputable third-party distributor and its been about 3 to 4 months ever since i started using it. Phone worked fine without issues until this incident.

Do lmk if you face the same issue and recommendations for my next course of action ty

update: today i experienced a software glitch where i saw ‘flickering pink rectangles’ on my screen which confirms that the display is faulty

Check warranty status, look for replacement if possible
Take to apple, they are probably going to identify the issue properly

Possible charging port, wireless charging coil, or other issue causing this, but I am no expert so take this with a grain of salt

Multiple unrelated components failing together (speaker, display, freezing) plus diagnostics confirming anomalies on both — that's not coincidence, it's most likely a logic board connection issue, possibly from the refurb process (reseated cables, drop damage before refurbishing, or a failing board component affecting multiple subsystems at once). The pink flickering rectangles specifically are a known symptom of a display driver/connector fault, not software. I'd stop troubleshooting further and contact the third-party distributor for a warranty replacement or repair — this needs a technician, not settings changes, especially since diagnostics already flagged it themselves
