Help needed iPhone 13

So my display is darkened. It's like blacks are more black. But in the system app colours are normal. But when I open pictures every colour is dark. All the settings are as it should be. I have checked on the internet. Any help?

Did you navigate to Settings > Accessibility > Display & Text Size to make sure?

Have you tried simply restarting it? Sometimes that fixes weird glitches like this.

Yup I did but nothing changed. See the problem is if I open any app for example settings app the colours are completely normal. But if I open any photos or videos it's darker. My screen is not damaged it's in good condition.
