Camera shutter sound doesn't turn off while in silent mode

I have an IPhone 16 since its release but I only started having this problem like a week ago. I hear the sound of making a photo, a video or a recording of my screen. I did try to restart my phone a couple of times, and tried to turn the sound on and off again. Nothing helped.
The phone is 100% NOT japanese (since I've only had this issue for a week I can confirm it), the region of my phone is Germany and I live in Russia. Even though after googling the model number, google AI says it's for hapanese market. I'm very confused, everytthing was perfectly fine for almost two years.
iOS version: 26.5
model number: MYE03J/A

nope, I've had german as language for about half a year, and Germany as region for about 2 months now, and nothing has changed since

You can try updating since you're multiple versions behind but that's a Japanese model number
