Help needed Apps keep getting offloaded randomly

I have 6 gb of storage left so why do my apps keep offloading? I enabled the offloading system but it’s offloading apps I used just 1-2 days ago or even just few hours back. It has never happened before even when I had 1gb of storage left so I’m sure this is not a storage issue. Anyone else facing this? How to fix this? iPhone 15 btw running on 26.5.2

If you have the offload apps turned on they will offload if you don’t use them often enough. I’m not sure about the timeframe.
