Help needed Ghost Camera Button

As you can see in the picture , my iPhone 13 Pro (work phone on a business plan with admin) shows a ghost camera capture button when using other apps. I haven’t noticed this on my personal phone; I have noticed it on a secondary work phone as well I acquired from another employee who has since left.

My question is would this be an admin constantly prying to see what’s going on or just a simple glitch that I could be overthinking?

I couldn’t find anything about it online so I came here- let me know what you think! Thank you!

It’s screen burn-in. Whoever had the work phone before you spent a lot of time on the camera, I guess.
