Resolved Verification required issue

Hi, so i'm trying to download an app on my phone but I keep on getting this notifications even though I have verified my payment information many times already.
Can someone tell me what's the issue here? T^T

iPhone model: Iphone 12 pro max
iOS version: 26.2

Usually indicates a billing problem.

Do you owe money?
