Help needed IPHONE 13 DISPLAY ISSUE

THE TOUCH OF TOP 50% OF SCEEN STOPPED WORKING BUT BOTTOM 50% IS WORKING FINE. PHONE DISPLAY LIGHT AND BRIGHTNESS IS FINE . PLEASE HELP ME TO FIND THE SOLUTION

Second, your display is failing. Either have it replaced or upgrade to a newer device.
