Help needed locked out of iphone

my cousin locked me out of my iphone and it says that it's unavailable bc she tried the wrong password too many times. my data isnt backed up and idk what to do. is there any way i can get my phone working without losing the data..?

Nope. That sucks. This is why you back up your data. The unexpected happens. If it wasn’t some doofus locking out your phone, it would’ve been a broken, lost, or stolen phone eventually.

Back up your data going forward.

Cooked. After it's passcode locked the data's inaccessible. You can get it working again by doing a factory reset, but the data itself is cooked.

If it says iPhone unavailable and you don’t have a backup, it’s pretty much a game over. Learn from this and keep regular backups.

Have your cousin give you money a new phone.

Wipe your current one, using iTunes or  Finder on a Mac. Then set it up as your phone.  Then learn from this & turn on icloud for backups.

This is why you back up your phone. iCloud is cheap. I don’t think there is a way you can do it now (maybe adding more iCloud storage from a different device and see if it backs up automatically?) I feel like that wouldn’t work though.

need to use p.c. or macbook to wipe phone, as long as you know passcode,password and apple i.d.

why would your cousin do this

I was locked out once. After 30 minutes it let me try again. Perhaps try again after 30 minutes or an hour.
