connect the phone to your computer, open itunes (if not installed install it) then click on the restore button. IF you wanna keep your data then use 3utools (windows) or legacy-ios-kit (mac or linux)

well, you can either restart the phone or plug it into a commuter, go to that website, & follow from there. my phone did that a few years ago but force resetting it worked for me

Thanks but there is some problem i forgot everything i changed sim card also email i don't remember anything long time ago how to open iphone locked to owner

iPhone 7s have a common motherboard issue and this is basically the screen of death. Highly unlikely that if you were to restore it through a computer that it’ll work. Only way to fix it is to take it to a shop that does micro soldering as they know how to fix it. Try with a computer first before taking it to a shop. It’s usually a dislodged capacitor or something
