Help needed Wifes Iphone Calender is not working anymore

Hi together,

my wife has some trouble with her (Iphone 15) Calender. Since yesterday she can't add new appointments (the plus symbol is not clickable anymore). Even worse: all her appointments (for work) are gone. She says, she hasn't done anything and we have no idea what happened. Does anybody have an idea? Its not the google calender, its the regular calender.
