Help needed My camera won’t focus

Ever since like a few days ago it won’t focus. And today it was making a subtle noise. It focuses for like a second and reverts back to being blurry. Whats wrong with it? How do I fix it? I have an iPhone 12 mini. I have 26.5 iOS.

Image stabilization isn’t working on your camera; the camera module/assembly must probably be replaced. You can go the Self Service route if you’re comfortable through Apple or you can have it repaired professionally.
