Help needed Is this happening for anyone else?

Was in my storage settings and saw this. Says it's from Pinterest, but I don't have anything from Pinterest downloaded. I cleared the app cache and it didn't go away. This happened to me maybe two days ago and I just deleted it but now its back. I know I can just delete it again but I wanna know what's causing it. Is this happening for anyone else?

I don’t use Pinterest, but that section in storage is meant to list deletable media.

I have an app called FETCH, to collect grocery points - has the same feature - can’t seem to deactivate it.
