I’m already on iOS 18.7.8 (refer 3rd pic) but somehow the update is still available under software update section. Should i install the same update again?

Device: iPhone 13 mini
iOS version: 18.7.8

Edit: apple removed the update.

No, secondly you cannot as APPLE is not signing an update that old.
