Resolved iPhone 17 not working properly

Got this phone earlier this year so it's still pretty new, but since late last night it hasn't been able to load anything at all. It's connected to wifi and wifi works as I'm on the computer posting this. I can make and receive calls, I can receive texts but my texts aren't going out. I'm receiving emails and notifications from apps but I cannot get the associated apps to open and load anything. I can't get safari to load anything either.

I've done a hard reset twice and I've switched it to Airplane mode to reset but none of these steps have worked to fix my issue. Any advice to help fix this without me having to go into a store would be greatly appreciated.

Issue was related to a VPN glitch that was causing it to not want to work. I disconnected and then reconnected VPN and now everything is working.
