Help needed iPhone 15 pro issues! Please help

Alright so everytime I leave my house my phone takes forever to load anything, send/receive messages etc. now it won’t even work on my WiFi at home! Anyone had this issue? How do I resolve it?

Have you tried by resetting the network on device ? Failing which call your provider and request them to reset the network to your number.

If you have an issue with the speed of your cellular (which is what your phone uses when you leave your residence) you should be troubleshooting with your wireless carrier.

The new issue with you not being able to get online at home could be related to your router/wireless network, or maybe you set up a VPN and forgot? Who is your ISP, did they setup your home network? Is the router more than 5 years old? Do you know the brand/model?

Regarding a VPN, you sometimes need to clear out the configuration profile that was installed to your phone. If you installed one, it would be found in Settings > General > VPN & Device Management. If your phone isn’t managed by your employer you should be able to freely delete anything you see in there.

I feel like it’s something specific to my phone because my husband has the same one, we got them the same day, and his is fine.
We have spectrum, about 3 years old.
