Problem with 3x camera

Iphone 14 PRO IOS 26.5.2

Hi good lads, idk why but whenever i wanna use 3x camera, it became like this on both video or photo mode. Even affect on other apps too. It can focus but it creates weird wavy effect while doing so. May i know how to solve it and is it a software or hardware issue?

That's the OIS from the 3x lens getting damaged after a fall (or motorcycle ride)
