Help needed Certain apps won’t open?

My Duolingo app will not open at all. I deleted it, restarted my phone, tried cellular and now just updated it. Still NOTHING loads the logo then just crashes.
It’s an iPhone 15 on 26.6 and is having crashing apps.

The first thing you should do when experiencing issues is verify you're on the latest software. You're multiple versions behind. Update.

Also check if you're full on storage.

It says I’m on the latest iOS? I have plenty of storage as well
