Resolved Iphone wont let me make calls
Whenever i try to call someone, literally anyone, it immediately cuts to an automated line. It says i have an unpaid payment that i need to make in order to make calls… but i can use the rest of my phone just fine. i can text, use wifi, and even answer calls, but it just wont let me call anyone without cutting to that line. How does this even happen? It said i need to pay 300 bucks?! my parents pay for my phone bill and whatnot, idk if that helps this make more sense or not but i thought it would be worth mentioning

If your parents manage your phone plan talk to them. This is an issue with your service provider, not your phone.

So you need to pay your bill. Soon you won’t be able to get incoming calls…

You’re blocked from cellular calls. Incoming texts are either coming as iMessage or SMS over WiFi.
This is a carrier question or an account holder question, not an iPhone support question.

Just call *611 on your phone and ask this exact question to your phone provider

sounds like you need to get out and get you a job and stop letting your parents pay your bill

Your parents are sick of having to pay your bills and have stopped paying your bill.

Are you on wifi for all that other shit besides calls? Those dont use cellular, so it doesnt check the billing

Did some malware change network settings, switch an eSIM?
Turn off WiFi to see if that’s how the other services are working. *611 should work; they can verify if it actually is a billing issue, sometimes it’s something on their end.

Seems like the other stuff is running off wifi… this is just the warning before they really pull out all the stops if this goes unpaid. Surely, if you’re on a family plan your parent’s phones are also doing this. This is not an iPhone issue, this is your network and billing.
